Financial Institutions

The financial institutions practice is headed by JBM, which is known in the market as a specialist in consumer litigation before courts of general and special jurisdiction as well as consumer protection agencies (PROCON). We practice not only in the consumer area but also with the middle of banks.

We also practice in the area of employment law, defending financial institutions against labor claims, as well in administrative proceedings before the Regional Labor Authorities. We complement our services with accounting specialists, providing the client with titles permitting it to provide for and manage contingencies.

We also act preventively by creating contract policies and establishing management procedures with the client in order to mitigate the occurrence of new lawsuits.

We produce managerial guidelines for risk management and portfolio evolution.
